Great location in the centre of Cardiff- walk to everything. Rooms are a bit tired but overall a good stay and would use again.

The first room i was given was not as advertised. It was dark, old fashioned with mouldy, ripped wall paper and a mouldy bath. I asked to be moved which they happily did. This room was lovely, modern, bright and clean. I assume they are gradually refurbishing all their rooms however they should not be charging the same amount for both these rooms as the first (on the 5th floor) was completely unaccpetable for the money. Also the rooms are not air conditioned and they were very hot - which probably explains the mould in the older rooms.

This hotel was in a prime location for Cardiff City Centre and would definitely stay there again! The staff were very friendly and helpful too

The Hotel was warm,and had comfortable beds, the breakfast was very nice.The first floor rooms over the reception and kitchen have a constant buzzing noise from the extractor fans but a simple request for a high floor gets rid of this, the parking is secure and monitored by C.C.T.V. it is charged at the rate of £10.00 for 24 hours.we would stay here again.

Car park very limited but we managed to get the last space so not a problem for us. Central location makes it perfect for the arena and shopping. Staff lovely
